Der Kurs hat am Freitag relativ exakt bei 262 $ gedreht. Also gehe ich erstmal von einer relativen Stärke bei diesem Kurs aus zu der die neuen Papiere ausgegeben werden sollen.

The gross proceeds to Supermicro are expected to be $524 million before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and estimated offering expenses, and assuming no exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The offering is expected to close on or about December 5, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions. The Company currently intends to use the proceeds from the offering to support its operations, including for working capital needs, manufacturing capacity expansion and increased R&D investments. J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering.
