Volkswagen baut in Kanada seine bislang größte Batteriefabrik. Die Produktionsanlage wird staatlich mit Milliarden subventioniert. Für Kanada bedeutet das wirtschaftliche Chancen, für VW weniger Abhängigkeit von Asien.
