Hello, just another question to bondholders A3LQF4: As known quarterly interests are not paid in cash but capitalized. So. Nominal Value should have been raised at 03/31/2024 by quarterly interests. I could not recognize capitalzation. Is there anyone wtih the same problem ? Can you pls. check and tell me ? Thx in advance !

Well jeuni, you're right. Got some input from dmr/legal Obviously they are in final discussions and implementing of legal issues. As soon as they have final results they will provide it to bondholders. Second, I asked Mr.Mack from Caledonian Management Consulting to inform bondholders about actual status respectivly timeline of restructuring but I didn't receive an answer yet. One should strike the iron's hot. Keep you and other participants informed.

I would also expect a far more actice role of the joint representative and SDK.

Naja, Geld sieht nur der, dem es gelingt, die Papiere zum Spottpreis während der Laufzeit an den Mann zu bringen. Da keine Stückzinsen mehr anfallen, gibt es vielleicht ein paar leichtgläubige Käufer. Und, um bis dahin zu kommen, muss auch gutes Geld dem schlechten nachgeworfen werden.

Die werden gar nichts zurück zahlen.

Nun, die Implementierung der Beschlüsse für die Umplazeirung der Anleihen ist für Februar 2014 angekündigt, für den der lesen kann.

They told us February for restructuring old bonds in new ones, but they didn't tell us the year, in which this will happen. They should speed up now. There is a lack of transparency regarding the african business. Who will control the sales of assets there ? What's about the contract with Kourussa mining, what is the value for the bondhiolders ?

Die Meldung ist korrekt. In meinem Depot bei der Frankfurt Sparkasse ebenfalls letzte Woche umgebucht. A3LQF4 ist aber nach wie vor nicht handelbar. Einstandspreis wurde entsprechend angepasst.

Offensichtlich eine Falschmeldung ohne Nennung der Bank!

Wurde offenbar in einigen Depots so hinterlegt / getauscht.

Woher kommt die Meldung, die A19MDV würde im Verhältni 1:1,0225 in die A3LQF4 umgetauscht?

Mögliche Erklärung: Die Zinsen werden vierteljährlich gezahlt. 9% p.a. dividiert durch 4 sind 2.25%. Dennoch fehlen dann die kapitalisierten Zinsen. Kommen die erst nachdem die 26er-Versammlung allem zugestimmt hat?

Wurde bei euch ebenfalls der Bestand der A19MDV mit 1 : 1.0225 in WKN A3LQF4 umgetauscht? Woher dieser Umrechnungsfaktor? Den kapitalisierten Zinsen entspricht das nicht.

Geld wird hier keiner der Anleger sehen, es sei denn er findet einen Käufer für die neuen 4 Anleihen oder Aktien, die aus den beiden früheren Anleihen entstehen sollen. Für die 1. Anleihe muss der Anleger erstmal neues Geld zuschießen, damit er überhaupt ins Geschäft kommt. Viel Spaß!
