Die Umtauschbedingungen der Anleihen stehen nun auf der Webseite von Metalcorp. Wer kein neues Geld vom 07.05. bis 17.05. investieren möchte, bekommt 3 neue Anleihen, sonst noch eine vierte und Aktien, die aber nicht gehandelt werden.

Hello, last December the change was announced for February 2024. So there's a delay for a couple of weeks. Nobody knows that transaction date exactly. Last Thursday Mr.Mack (coordinator for A3KRAP) stated that it would still take a few weeks.

Die BAFIN kontrolliert nur, ob die Formalkriterien eines Emissionsprospektes erfüllt sind. Inhaltlich hat sie weder die Kapazität noch die Kompetenz die Richtigkeit zu überprüfen.

Hello all, just received some useful information from Mr.Mack - Caledonian Management: Coordination with BaFin has now been completed. Preparations are currently ongoing with banks involved -to implement the transaction in the clearing system. These preparations will take a few days to a few weeks.

Anleihen müssen durch Sachwerte gesichert sein. Da die alten Sachwerte offenbar nicht mehr vorhanden sind, müssen neue herbei gezaubert werden, ohne dass sich die Emittenten strafbar machen. So etwas dauert, wenn der Schuppen leer ist.

Situation is quiet difficult. My explanation is- Duration of A3LQF4 ended at 12/31/2023. So we cannot recognize neither bond price nor any interests. If restructuring would happen in time in February 24, we should see both: Valid bond prices of new bonds and quarterly interests added to nominal values. Hopefully this madness will end soon.

Hello, just another question to bondholders A3LQF4: As known quarterly interests are not paid in cash but capitalized. So. Nominal Value should have been raised at 03/31/2024 by quarterly interests. I could not recognize capitalzation. Is there anyone wtih the same problem ? Can you pls. check and tell me ? Thx in advance !

Well jeuni, you're right. Got some input from dmr/legal Obviously they are in final discussions and implementing of legal issues. As soon as they have final results they will provide it to bondholders. Second, I asked Mr.Mack from Caledonian Management Consulting to inform bondholders about actual status respectivly timeline of restructuring but I didn't receive an answer yet. One should strike the iron's hot. Keep you and other participants informed.
