ja stimmt nicht ganz; denn es gibt einen anderen Übeltäter, der uns das Quartalsergebnis verhagelt hat: On April 16th, 2024, the Company recognized a professional fee provision of $4,832,916 resulting from a special committee investigation into the activities of dissenting shareholders. The provision included the estimated legal fees, consulting fees, and professional fees directly related to the special committee's investigation and resolution of the matter. As at June 30, 2024 the Company had yet to settle $400,000 of the amount.
