Aus dem Jahresbericht: Funding risk The Company has no operating revenue and is unlikely to generate consistent operating revenue unless and until the Company’s projects are successfully developed and production commences. The future capital requirements of the Company will depend on many factors including its business development activities. In order to successfully develop the Company’s projects and for production to commence, the Company will require further financing in the future. Any additional equity financing may be dilutive to Shareholders, may be undertaken at lower prices than the then market price or may involve restrictive covenants which limit the Company's operations and business strategy.
