A few reasons why Village Farms is the most undervalued Canadian/US pot company, no contest: 1. Lowest cost of production in industry, all-in cost (including depreciation) of US $0.60/gram and margins of 40% or better being the low priced leader in Canada. 2. #1 cannabis flower seller on Ontario Cannabis Store and rapidly increasing market share in Canada. 3. Raymond James recently estimated a 40% increase in revenue for Pure Sunfarms (VFF's subsidiary) for last quarter which will be reported in mid-March ER. 4. Recent data shows VFF/PSF now with #4 market share in Canada ahead of ACB. 5. "Big Boy" LPs such as CGC and ACB can't grow as economically as VFF so they have capitulated by closing their own greenhouses and buying wholesale from VFF instead because it is cheaper for them. This gives VFF enormous leverage over such companies going forward. 6. VFF/PSF flower are sold out on Shopper's Drug Mart website for medical cannabis after starting sales in December. Shopper's has over 1,300 locations in Canada. 7. VFF is one of few Canadian LPs with ready access to US market. VFF owns 5.7M sq ft of greenhouse space in Texas, currently growing vegetables, that can easily be converted to growing hemp/CBD and cannabis. 8. Once inter-state commerce of cannabis is US federally legalized, VFF with its high quality and low cost of production will destroy coddled US MSO's growing operations. The smarter ones will make deals to buy their flower from VFF. 9. VFF is extremely efficient and well-managed operationally as a result of 30 years competing on an unlevel playing field against cut-throat competition from Mexico in the veggie market. They have a superior understanding of greenhouse growing with highly experienced personnel, and of branding (have won industry awards for it) which is manifested with PSF retail cannabis products which routinely sell out. 10. VFF has been selling veggies to US big box stores for years. They gives them established distribution channels to sell their CBD products when US regulations are clarified, which is expected soon. 11. CEO is extremely resistant to dilution. Low float of around 55M shares. CEO has significant skin in the game owning over 9M shares. 12. That said, VFF recently raised $130M for US or international expansion that is yet to be announced, but will likely be big news because they don't dilute unless 1 1=3. 13. VFF uses landfill gas from Vancouver to power their facility, green energy at cheaper cost than competitors. And have solar energy powering some of their Texas greenhouses. 14. Have recently expanded their 2.0 offerings including vapes and edibles. Just this week introduced real fruit gummies to the Canadian market. 15. VFF owns 10% of Altum which operates in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. PSF real fruit CBD gummies were introduced into Hong Kong during Christmas season. Many opportunities for growth in the Western Pacific region. 16. VFF has been under the radar because they have been classified as an agricultural company instead of a cannabis company. EBITDA profitable the last 7 consecutive quarters. Other LPs like CGC have a $16B market cap and lose -$1 EPS per quarter, yet a profitable peer like VFF with only a $1B market cap and relentlessly shorted by hedge funds including Citron because they can get away with it.
