Da müsste man in den GB schauen, ob und in welcher Höhe alte Anleihen auslaufen.

Oft werden alte Anleihen nur durch neue ersetzt. Dann entstehen keine neuen Schulden. Das ist so, als wenn du einen alten Kredit bei Bank A zurückzahlst und dafür einen neuen bei Bank B aufnimmst.

Die Anleihe weiß ich nicht einzuordnen. Zum einen spricht es für Vertrauen der Anleger. Zum anderen weitere Schulden.
