Wow, jetzt bin ich schon Langzeitmitglied - ich denke die Wahrheit nimmt hier kaum jemand so genau. Aber ja, ich habe positiv über Varta gesprochen Neil ich zu tiefstem überzeug war und selbst in das Risiko gegangen bin. Das es so ausgeht ist die Verantwortung von den Banken, Porsche und Tojner - ich bin von allen 3 enttäuscht und werde mich noch weiter einsetzen und den Vorständen und Aufsichtsräten eine persönliche Nachricht senden. Es ist nicht korrekt das die neuen Aktien unter Bezugsrecht-Ausschluss der bestehenden Aktionäre an Tojner und Varta gehen sollten. Das ist moralisch verwerflich und unsozial den Gesellschaftern gegenüber. ich denke in deren selbst verfassten Reglunge wie di Firma und ihre MA handeln steht sicher dass sie sowas nicht tun und die Vorstände und Verwaltungsräte haben sich an ihre eigenen Vorgaben „strikt“ zu halten. ich bleib auf jeden Fall noch dran

Sons hör doch auf die Leute zu versrschen Leute die investiert haben sind jetzt pleite und du redest noch von Büchern es kommt ein Delisting und du redest immer noch von Bücher
