The new subsidiary would include the teams developing the Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six, Assassin’s Creed and Far Cry franchises based in Montréal, Quebec, Sherbrooke, Saguenay, Barcelona, and Sofia as well as the back-catalog and any new games currently under development or to be developed. o The new subsidiary would be granted by Ubisoft a worldwide, exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual license in respect of the intellectual property and similar proprietary rights owned or licensable by Ubisoft in relation to Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six, Assassin’s Creed and Far Cry in exchange for a royalty.

Verstehe ich da was falsch? Also tencent bezahlt 1,16mrd für 25% von R6, AC und Far cry. Die anderen Marken bleiben bei Ubisoft und die sind jetzt ergo schuldenfrei

Jetzt ist natürlich die Frage, wie läuft es weiter? Was macht der Kurs? Was passiert mit den anderen Marken? Ich verstehe ja darunter das Ubisofts Marken AC, Far cry und R6 4mrd € wert ist. Die anderen Marken sind dann was? Minus 2mrd😅

Gut das ich der Meinung war das 1,6mrd für den Schuppen zu wenig sind.
