Der Kurs hat am Freitag relativ exakt bei 262 $ gedreht. Also gehe ich erstmal von einer relativen Stärke bei diesem Kurs aus zu der die neuen Papiere ausgegeben werden sollen.

The offering is expected to close on or about December 5, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
