Thank you for your email. We made an announcement in August 2022 in conjunction with our Q2 earnings release that we are bringing forward the timing of the next dividend payment relating to Q3 earnings from October to September. In other words, we paid the dividend earlier than we historically had. That is why instead of a dividend payment in October this year, the relevant payment was made in September. The purpose of this is to make the cash payment in the same calendar quarter to which the earnings relate. Similarly, the next dividend is scheduled for payment at the end of December 2022 relating to Q4 earnings. Historically, the Q4 dividend payment was made in January the subsequent year. This approach will continue in the future. Payment dates for quarterly base dividends are therefore expected to occur in the months of March, June, September and December. Regards, Ian T. Simmonds
