Wie hoch ist eigentlich die Quellensteuer in ZA und wie hoch wird in Deutschland angerechnet?

Das letzte Jahr war schrecklich, ganz klar. Mit den Streiks, Überschwemmungen und Co. Aber das ist zum Glück Vergangenheit, und 2023 kann nur besser werden. Ich werde nochmal nachlegen, weil ich in eine gute Zukunft schaue.

CR steigt um 42 % und Siba fällt um 9%. Das haben die ja gefickt eingeschädelt?

Wenn es so weiter geht, steht Sibanye selber bei 1,10$ und wird zum Übernahmeziel. Wir sind offiziell am Jahrestief angelangt und ein Boden ist dank des Elektroauto Booms nicht zu sehen 💥

Vermutlich kommt das Übernahmeangebot für Century Resources Ltd. zu 1,10 A$ nicht so gut an.

28.2.2023 Veröffentlichung der 2022'ee Jahresendresultate. Hoffentlich ist der jüngste Kursrückgang kein böses Omen. Aber bezüglich der Dividende sollte es dann Klarheit geben. Der Vorschlag dazu wird von der HV ja fast immer abgesegnet.

Anmerkung: ich habe die Antworten von James ungekürzt und unübersetzt einfach kopiert. Wenn darin also bspw. auf die Frage von @Heimdal nach Silber nicht eingegangen wird, dann war das - typisch englisch - auch eine Antwort: nämlich die, dass man dazu nicht Stellung nimmt :) Damit muss man im Umgang mit Investor Relations regelmäßig leben: deren Möglichkeit, auf alles zu antworten, ist eben auch begrenzt. Insgesamt doch aber eine nette Sache von James, dass er sich gestern am Sonntag Zeit genommen hat dafür. Euch allen eine gute Woche.

Frage von @Heimdal : The SA Gold mines have experienced significant disruptions since 2018 (seismic events, 2 strikes, COVID-19 lockdowns etc) and as such havent been able to operate in a stable fashion for more than a six month period. They recently settled a wage agreement with the unions and reached normalised production levels during Q4 2022, so the outlook for 2023 is much improved.

The current strategy is more focused on developing its battery metals and green energy solutions strategy which has begun with some acquisitions in the battery metals sector in France, Finland and the USA and a tailings dam retreatment business in Australia. They recentlya pproved the Keliber lithium project in Finland which should be in production by 2026. On the gold %, they continue to look for oportunities and have been very vocal about their intention to grow the gold portolio internationalyy, but are very value driven and havent found an opportunity that is sensible yet.
