Salesforce: Better Valued And More Recession-Resistant Than Might Be Understood
Salesforce has become one of the largest enterprise software companies.
It has steadily enhanced its business model and most recently raised its margin target for the current year.
Its substantial portfolio, coupled with superior sales execution and a sharpened product focus will help mitigate the likely headwinds of an impending recession.
The combination of a falling share price and continued growth in revenues and margins have significantly improved the valuation calculus.
The company has a strong balance sheet and a huge backlog that will mitigate some of the current macro risks.
