As of Today, 100% of the worlds Purified Spherical Graphite for Li-Ion Batteries comes from China 100% ! Following Last Nights "Inflationary Reduction Act" Vehicle Manufacturers in the United States will need to ensure that 40% of all critical minerals within Li-Ion Batteries are mined + Processed from the United States (Or its FTA Partners) starting from next year  This then increases to 50% in 2024, 60% in 2025, 70% in 2026 and 80% in 2027  Based on Current Forecasts, The United States will require approximately 400,000/t of Graphite Anode in 2025, rising to nearly 800,000/t by 2030. The New Legislation would require that 60% of this comes from America (and its allies) in 2025 and +80% by 2030 I will repeat 1 more time, China Produces 100% of the Worlds PSG Today. The United States is soon to be on its hands + knees gagging for Non-Chinese Mined and/or Processed Critical Raw Materials If you are a Critical Mineral miner in Africa, Australia, South America etc and you are shipping your product to China for Processing, that refined product will likely not be making its way to the USA or Europe (When the EU releases its guidelines) starting from Next year. Then each subsequent year the likelihood that end product makes its way to Europe or the US decreases by 10% per annum. This is AMAZING news for Critical Raw Material Projects located within North America (or countries listed as Domestic with the US i.e. Canada + Australia + UK). The US Government has essentially just road blocked Chinese Mining and Chinese Processing from being utilised within the US EV Supply Chain (With the EU to follow suit in the near future)
