The Bank have a big network of Institutionals Investors over Europe, with whom the Bank will place Perffin Group Shares. The Shareprice is plan to be around €2 per shares, due to the quality of Assets that Perffin is bringing in Portfolio. Since One Month we have 5 million shares for sales on Eyevestor platform. Maybe some potential investors don’t want to get Perffin Shares via the Eyevestor platform, so, We decide to make ourself available for those who want to acquire shares directly with the Company. Thus process will be manage with a German Paying Agent (Bank) that will be the settlement and deliver the shares, with ISIN (Clearstream) directly in Investors Custody Account. Due to that rapid process we are in, with our Investment Bank, we will not be able to deal the full 5 Mio shares at €1 with diealing with the Company Managers, but a limit of One Million shares can be agreed. The company  is active in in un-crowded niche markets with favourable asymmetric risk/return characteristics, and offers its institutional clients high end  back and front office services with tokenisation platforms for smart contracts, SAAS used for Market Making, trading BOTs, big data analysis, AI and exposure to the growing blockchain ecosystem for accredited investors. The management aim to list on the Nasdaq Stock exchange in approximately two years.
