Also unter den ersten 10 bin ich nicht, aber nah dran. Was genau ist ein sophisticated investor? Wer definiert das? Die Firma selber? Oder gibt es da Standards?

fast alle 6 mio stück heute sind zu 9 übern tresen - soweit erstmal gut

Parkway Corporate Limited (“Parkway” or the “Company”) (ASX: PWN, FSE: 4IP) is pleased to announce it has received firm commitments to raise $2.25 million via the placement of 250,000,000 shares at $0.009 per share (the “Placement”), which will be issued within existing capacity under Listing Rule 7.1.
