Wenn der Kombiimpfstoff erfolgreich ist, werden wir hochwarscheinlich die 177,5€ sehen, aber nicht vor 2026. Dafür muss die Firma die 3-Phase finanzieren können, und muss der Impfstoff auf den Markt gut kommen. Die 10€ werden wir ohne die Kombi bestimmt sehen 😉.

177,5 Euro werden wir für lange Zeit wohl nicht mehr sehen. Nur bei neuen Virus,wo es noch keine Impfung gibt.Vielleicht mit dem Kombiimpfstoff 10 Euro.Aber da werden die Shortseller wohl nicht mitspielen.

4)Still awaiting longitudinal data post 4 months on Nova durability preventing severe disease. I anticipate positive results. Matrix-M initiates rapid flow of the antigen to the draining lymph nodes and results in a phenotypic T cell change which are linked to less severe outcomes. These new T peripheral helper cells secrete INF-gamma which increases rapid short lived effector cells early in the immune response to ectopic tissues infected. We have non human primate Nova data confirming these cells and some phenotypic markers as well. Awaiting more human in vivo data to confirm. This ain’t easy to get either.

3)Saponins will be the next major class of adjuvants for respiratory viruses in the near future after adding certain TLR (toll like receptor) agonists. This results in more CD8 involvement and will stimulate a much needed measured amount of INF-1 (interferon-1) once exposed, to induce the antiviral state much quicker. These agonists should bind to our plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) and aid in secreting INF-1. This new saponin adjuvant is being trialed in a HIV candidate vaccine and it is nearly identical to current Matrix-M minus the toll like receptors. Saponins create a unique honeycomb structure that surrounds the toll like receptor agonist which adds an additional safety measure. There is some discussion this will eventually be paired with Nova existing antigen and replace current Matrix-M. Still speculative somewhat but definitely keep an eye out for it. If true, Uncle Sam might bring Nova some cheddar in the near future. It’s hard to imagine Nova not having some involvement, it was mentioned in the discussion of a particular publication and some news stories in the San Diego area (Cal Irvine and Scripps). I think Nova owns the rights to the % fractional components of these saponins. This particular ratio is optimized and enhances the immune response.

2)Waiting on data from current trial where they are maxing out Matrix-M in some arms which might get interesting if side effects stay minimal. Increasing Nova antigen had very little effect which was shown in the data within an early patent. I’m not aware of any public data using Matrix-M at these levels so awaiting to see results.

For Novavax, we do have some linear B cell epitope data. It shows Nova significantly targets S813 epitope which is near the fusion peptide. I have seen two pubs mention mutating furin cleavage site, like Nova antigen, allows for better access to this area. This particular epitope was included in a next generation Chinese vaccine candidate. It might moderately dampen fusion within the S2 domain and could result in lowering transmission. So yes, Nova might help protect grandma better unlike current mRNA. Waiting on more data…

Ist die Frage,ob Verbilligen jenenseit von 20 Euro noch was bringt..Ich gehe davon aus,dass viele Bestellungen und die Millionen aus Kanada in Q4 bzw. Q1 2024 fließt. Könnte nochmal zu einen kurzen Anstieg führen.Aber nicht höher als 6 bis 7 Euro.

Bei Übernahmeangebot wird doch meist der Durchschnittskurs von den letzten 6 Monaten zu Grunde gelegt.Ich glaub nicht,dass die Amis ihr eigenes Unternehmen kaputt gehen lassen.Eher pumpen die da paar Milliarden Rettung rein.
