Nordic Unmanned's AirRobot signs extension of maintenance contract with the Bundeswehr 22.2.2023 12:49:48 CET | Nordic Unmanned | Additional regulated information required to be disclosed under the laws of a member state AirRobot has signed a 4-year extension to the MRO contract with the Bundeswehr for the maintenance and repair of the original MIKADO I drone fleet owned by Bundeswehr. The contract value is expected to be up to EUR 3 million. The MIKADO I project is AirRobot first project with Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces) and the current MRO (Maintenance, repair, and overhaul) contract has lasted for ten years. This project is the predecessor of the MIKADO II project, which was awarded to AirRobot by Bundeswehr in May 2022. All critical spare parts to conduct the extended MRO contract on the MIKADO I project are already in stock at the production facility of AirRobot in Arnsberg, Germany. The MRO activity on the MIKADO I project will be conducted simultaneously as the MIKADO II project is progressing. The contract value is based on the customer's expected usage of the contract. The joint venture solidifies Nordic Unmanned’s position as a leading operator for unmanned services and expands the portfolio of solutions that OHI offers its South American clients. The office will be located in Baltimore County, Maryland, close to strategic partners, potential governmental and commercial clients and aviation authorities. The focus will be on offering Nordic Unmanned’s existing products and services portfolio, as well as operational experience with performing long-range, complex beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) operations, in pursuit of the North American defense, government, and commercial markets. North America is the largest drone market in the world, with the highest expected growth rate, both within the defense and enterprise market. The U.S. 2023 defense budget request consists of 20 programs fully dedicated to the procurement of drones, totaling $2.6 billion. Es fehlt das Kapital zum Wachsen. Ist leider so. Ich bin vor paar Wochen wegen Restrukturierung meines Portfolios schon hier raus, und bin mittlerweile froh drüber. Aber trotz allem seh ich hier noch Chancen, und drück allen Investierten die Daumen für die Zukunft.!

Dann mal schön nachkaufen, Ende Q2 erneute KE geplant. Zwar nicht so hoch wie jetzt aber dennoch. 14% Verwässerung aktuell. Und der Abschlag war auch zu hoch, hätte nicht sein müssen im aktuellen Umfeld. Warum 22 NOK? Aber klar nach Q2 wird keine KE mehr erfolgen und 400 Mio € Umsatz mit 20% EBITDA Marge gemacht laut Management 😂
