Nordic Unmanned (NUMND) published Annual Report 2022 9.5.2023 09:51:21 CEST | Nordic Unmanned | Annual financial and audit reports Nordic Unmanned today published its Annual Report for 2022 Key highlights of 2022 Nordic Unmanned reported a consolidated operating income of EUR 17 million in 2022, compared to EUR 9.2 million in 2021, an increase of 85%. The Group had a negative EBITDA of EUR 9 million in 2022 compared to a negative EUR 5.3 million in 2021. Raised NOK 155 million in equity from new and existing shareholders through private placements in June and December. Nordic Unmanned acquired a 55% share of the Belgian drone company DroneMatrix. AirRobot, the Nordic Unmanned subsidiary won its largest contract ever for the delivery of novel and modular AR-100 drones to the German armed forces of EUR 7.5 million plus MRO services over the next 10 years. On the 21st of October, Nordic Unmanned was awarded the OP/5 contract with the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA), with a value of up to EUR 20.5 million.  On the 16th of December, Nordic Unmanned UK Ltd received a 10-year framework contract from Lockheed Martin UK Ltd for the delivery of the Heimdal sensor and software with a contract value expected to exceed EUR 5 million in 2023. The sensors are manufactured by AirRobot.  Simplification of organization and reduction of cost base started. Wieso hätte nicht an die Börse gehören?

Auch wenn man jetzt enttäuscht ist, sollte man die geschäftliche Grundlage nicht mit dem aktuellen Aktienkurs bewerten. Dass es hier nicht gut läuft, zeigte sich schon vor Quartalen und der Kurs ist der Entwicklung lediglich gefolgt. Dieses Unternehmen hätte zunächst nicht an die Börse gehört, aber man hat natürlich den Hype mitnehmen wollen.
