Mr. Stålen has more than 20 years of experience from CFO and management positions in scale-up companies and has been CEO of OwnersRoom AS the last three years. Mr. Stålen has held CFO positions at several publicly listed companies, including Trolltech AS, Mamut ASA and Next Biometrics Group ASA. Trond Østerhus has held the role of CFO at Nordic Unmanned ASA since April 2021, and wishes to step down after two hectic years. Mr. Østerhus will ensure a good handover before he leaves the Company to pursue new opportunities.  “We thank Trond for his dedication, contribution and leadership and wish him all the best for the future. Nordic Unmanned announces review of strategic alternatives, updates on financing and reiterates FY outlook 27.3.2023 23:18:07 CEST | Nordic Unmanned | Inside information Nordic Unmanned ASA (the “Company”) has engaged Pareto Securities AS to advise on and evaluate certain strategic options, including partnerships, in order to support the next growth phase of the Company and unlock shareholder value. Nordic Unmanned’s Nordun drone flight services, as well as its technology businesses, AirRobot GmbH (military-grade lightweight drone systems) and DroneMatrix NV (drone-in-a-box solutions), are currently European leaders in their categories and set to experience significant growth in the years ahead. No further public comments regarding the review will be made until it has been completed, or the Company determines that disclosure is required or appropriate. There is no certainty whether (or when) any transaction, initiative or event will materialize. Agreement with SR-Bank on new financing facility  The Company has today signed a financing package from SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA (“SR-Bank”) of up to EUR 16 million (the “New Financing”). The new financing facility includes i) a EUR 12.4 million term loan facility for the refinancing of the existing EUR 9.6 million term loan facility of the Company, to inter alia, finance new equipment to be used in multi-site campaigns for EMSA under the OP/46 and OP/5 contracts, and for general corporate purposes, ii) a renewal of the existing EUR 3 million working capital facility, and iii) a EUR 0.6 million facility covering the Company’s need for contractual performance guarantees related to its operations. The new financing facility is partially guaranteed by Export Finance Norway (Eksfin). The initial drawdown on the new financing facility is expected within Q1 2023 and remains subject to precedent documentation and customary conditions. The new financing facility is provided under the condition that the Company will raise EUR 13 million through disposal of assets and/or equity issue by year end 2023. Full year revenue guidance reiterated The Company is reiterating its guidance of revenue to exceed EUR 30 million for the full year 2023. The Nordun drone flight service business is expected to generate revenues of EUR 12-16 million in 2023 (EUR 9.7 million in 2022), AirRobot EUR 10-12 million (EUR 2.6 million), DroneMatrix EUR 1-2 million (EUR 0.4 million) and other businesses (incl. Nordic Unmanned ASA: Notification of transactions by primary insider 13.3.2023 15:34:16 CET | Nordic Unmanned | Mandatory notification of trade primary insiders Arterra AS, a company owned by Nordic Unmanned CEO Arne Roland, has today purchased 42 500 shares of Nordic Unmanned ASA at a price of NOK 5 per share. Following this transaction, Arterra AS holds 44 035 shares of Nordic Unmanned ASA. The board of directors of Nordic Unmanned ASA (OSE ticker code "NUMND") has resolved to grant a 200 000 share option to Arne Roland under the Company's option program. 😂 das ist ja ein reiner Zirkus. Einer der schlechtesten Manager, die man gesehen hat, verlässt nun das sinkende Schiff. Jetzt wo es schon zu spät ist. Passt aber zum ganzen Verlauf der letzten Quartale. „it’s a natural time to step down as the company is entering a new phase of operations.“ Er bleibt bei seinen Märchen….Ab jetzt kommt bestimmt die Vervielfachung des Umsatzes bis 2025 so wie es immer wieder betont wurde. Man sollte immer genauestens prüfen was das Management sagt und was es liefert!

... Arne Roland (b. 1967) is a Norwegian citizen with 30 years of industrial experience from aviation and industrial engineering industries. He was CEO of CHC Helicopters Norway from 2012 to 2017 and served during this period for four years as a board member of the Federation of Norwegian Aviation Industries. Prior to this, he spent 20 years with various Aker companies. Over the last few years, Roland has held interim CEO roles and consultancy assignments through ARTerra AS. Roland is an economist by education and holds a degree in Finance and Project Management from the University of Agder, Norway. Roland has followed Nordic Unmanned closely since the listing on Euronext Growth Oslo in December 2020, as member of the Nomination Committee and will as of today step down from the committee.
