Meine bisherigen Erfahrungen: grundsätzlich fragt am Ende des Tages niemand, wie die Umsätze erzielt wurden, wichtig ist nur, dass Umsätze erzielt werden. Der Umsatz mit dem Drohnenverkauf ist aus meinem Verständnis der Meldung heraus ja nicht "verloren", sondern wird im Jahr 2022 zu Buche schlagen. persönliche Anmerkung meinerseis --> Planung = ein Szenario aus einer Vielzahl an unsicheren Möglichkeiten als das wahrscheinlichste oder passenste Szenario auswählen. Von daher liegt die Unsicherheit in der Natur der Sache und je weiter in der Zukunft eine Planung liegt, desto unsicherer wird alles, was damit zu tun hat. Das gilt analog auch für die Einschätzung einer Unternehmensentwicklung: nichts ist fix, alles ist unsicher und man überlegt sich, wie die Zukunft wahrscheinlich aussehen wird. Jeder muss daher für sich selbst entscheiden, ob er aussteigt, bleibt, einsteigt oder was auch immer macht.

Für mich scheint diese Meldung nun meinen Ausstieg besiegelt zu haben. Werde noch einmal darüber nachdenken, aber das wären meine Gründe: - Guidance für 2021 gesenkt. Schibel Drone Systems war in der zuvor ausgerufenen Guidance als Verkauf an ein brasilianisches JV eingeplant. Somit sollte der Umsatz nicht nur rein organisch erzielt werden, sondern durch Verkäufe, die nicht sicher sind. Das Ziel war aus „eigener Kraft“ nicht erreichbar. - EBITDA Guidance wurde aufgrund ebenfalls reduziert aufgrund steigender Personalkosten während der Pandemie. Dies wurde durch das Management oft als einmalige Kosten bezeichnet, obwohl absehbar war, dass es länger dauern würde mit der Pandemie. - Der Fokus auf neue Geschäftsbereiche mag langfristig zunächst gut klingen, aber dadurch sind hohe Investitionen nötig und Capex bleibt hoch. Insgesamt sehe ich dadurch in der nächsten Zeit keine Profitabilität und es bleibt abzuwarten was mit dem Ziel 2025 geschieht. Vermutlich hat das Management auch da Dinge einkalkuliert, die unsicher sind. Werde die Entwicklung sehr wahrscheinlich von der Seitenlinie verfolgen.

Wenn die Commerzbank ihre fast 400k Aktien verkauft hat, könnte es im Großen und Ganzen jetzt wieder bergauf gehen. Ich rechne dann aber wieder mit einem Dip zu den Q4-Zahlen, das Gesamtjahr wird ja nicht gerade berauschend ausfallen. Die neuen Höhen im Kursverlauf könnten also noch etwas auf sich warten lassen.

Bei Nordic Unmanned ist morgen alles möglich. Aus einer logischen Perspektive sollten die positiven Aspekte überwiegen, aber die Logik hat mir hier in den letzten Monaten leider nicht wirklich weitergeholfen.

Ich finde das sind gute Nachrichten! Langfristig gedacht!

Ist das jetzt ein Weihnachtsgeschenk, über das man sich freuen kann? 😅 Neuer Auftrag, aber zugunsten dieses Auftrags eine deutlich schlechtere Bilanz in diesem Jahr.

In order to fulfil this strategically important and demanding contract, the allocation of a Schiebel Camcopter system intended to support our Brazilian opportunities has been rescheduled. The allocation to Brazil was announced in our third quarter report and with an expectation of sales revenue in 2021. The company still expects to carry out work in Brazil through a joint venture with operational revenue effect at the earliest from the second quarter 2022. To ensure capacity for the Brazilian operation and future growth, the procurement negotiations of Nordic Unmanned’s fourth Schiebel S-100 CAMCOPTER system will be initiated. The deliberately postponed system sale will impact the balance sheet, revenues and earnings in 2021, and consequently Nordic Unmanned will not achieve its previously stated financial guidance. Revenue for 2021 is expected to be slightly above NOK 100 million, and the adjusted EBITDA margin will be lower than previously indicated. The system held for sale with an inventory value of NOK 44.6 million at the end of the third quarter 2021, will be reclassified as a fixed asset as per year end. “We continue to have strong underlying momentum in our business. In this case, we have chosen to prioritize our long-term development over short-term revenue. The outlook for Nordic Unmanned remains very positive, and we are entering 2022 with an exciting backlog, hence placing us at an almost sold-out situation for the first half of the year,” said Knut Roar Wiig.

22.12.2021 16:31:51 CET | Nordic Unmanned | Additional regulated information required to be disclosed under the laws of a member state Nordic Unmanned has been awarded a contract with Equinor for offshore drone services on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Fully utilized, the contract value is EUR 2.7 million including options over the next 12 months with immediate start-up 3 January 2022. The award represents one of the largest drone logistics contracts awarded in the European market and is the largest and most ambitious drone logistics award in the offshore energy industry. The award follows on from the August 2020 flight conducted for Equinor, when Nordic Unmanned made drone history by performing cargo delivery from shore to the Troll A platform, as well as a comprehensive study performed during 2021, as announced to the market on January 21st, 2021. Following a successful initial onshore preparation and flight period in the first and second quarters, it is expected that the offshore demonstration period will be initiated in the third quarter of 2022 with anticipated completion in the fourth quarter. The offshore scope involves cargo flights between a supply base and the Gullfaks field, located 170 km offshore, as well as establishing daily flights within 30 km between offshore installations and vessels in the Tampen area. The project includes usage of autonomous take-off and landing systems and integration into the Avinor-provided unmanned traffic management (UTM) system. In addition to conducting daily multipoint cargo deliveries, Nordic Unmanned will demonstrate search and rescue capabilities, inspection services and deployment of subsea unmanned intervention device (UID). Flights will be conducted with Nordic Unmanned’s newest Schiebel CAMCOPTER S-100 and Nordic Unmanned’s proprietary Staaker BG-class drones with dual delivery winch systems. "We have a long-standing relationship with Equinor, and we're very excited to announce the largest drone logistics contract in Europe. We are confident that this will change how the global offshore energy industry will integrate industrial air mobility going forward. Use of drones will increase efficiency and contribute to reduced CO2 emissions, and Nordic Unmanned is preparing for drone logistics to be in regular use in this industry from 2023," said Knut Roar Wiig, CEO of Nordic Unmanned. The contract is fully aligned with Nordic Unmanned’s new strategy for the logistics market vertical, focusing on time-critical high-value goods for “business to business” and “business to government" clients. The services under this contract will be delivered by Nordic Unmanned Cargo in close collaboration with subcontractors, Schiebel Aircraft, Airbus, and Planck Aerosystems. "We expect logistics to be a major growth driver for the drone market in the years to come, and this contract lets us showcase our capabilities. Proving our ability to operate our drones safely in the challenging conditions of the North Sea, the scope of this contract will be a verification of Nordic Unmanned having the capacity to deliver such services anywhere.
