13. Mr. Studer has been with the Company for some time. His area of responsibility is said to be Europe. Is there a brief report from Mr. Studer's job profile? Where exactly is Mr. Studer to provide support, has he maintained contacts and what has already been achieved?   Mr. Studer just joined this summer/fall.  His title explains his role.  We don’t go into daily duties and expectations.   14. Are further investors being sought for "our" Noram Clayton Valley project and if so what kind of investors are desirable for us (lithium producers, processing industry, automotive or battery industry,...), buyers of our by-products?   We are always reviewing suitable shareholders or strategic partners.  Depends on the stage of the Zeus project.  Time will tell as we advance the asset what new investors/partners/shareholders etc will arise.   Thanks for your questions.   Again only information that is required to publish is put in a corporate press release.  We don’t press release answers to every questions from shareholders.   I hope this helps.   Also attached for reference sake is Noram’s performance vs other CLAY explorers and developers.  As you can see we basically beat most of them in the 1 YR, YTD and 3 month and 1 month time frames.  One cannot compare our performance to Spodumane and Brine explorer and developers.   Cheers,   Peter A. Ball

7. The U.S. started an incentive program for companies around lithium. However, we, Noram Lithium (or Green Energy Resources Inc.) have not received any funding here. A company located near Noram has been approved for grant funds. Why exactly were the mining funds not approved, or was no application for mining made at all (we would be very surprised at the second, the money could certainly have been invested wisely)?   Very few companies at our stage are or were approved for such funds and more focused on late stage development assets.  When and if we get funding we will provide details and until now it is confidential on internal filings until they are deemed required to be published.   8. Is there already a mining permit for Noram Lithium, or has it been applied for?   A mining permit will not even be applied for until after we complete the DFS.  Thus application could be made in 2-3 years once all studies are done.   9. What exactly is the role of our 100% subsidiary Green Energy Resources Inc. for Noram Lithium? What is the objective of the "subsidiary"? Is there a CEO here, unfortunately we could not find any exact information about the "company". Can you help to clarify this?   Basically a Canadian company requires a US sub to hold the assets under.  They have nominated president and director which is the same team we have at Noram.   10. Will a pilot plant be necessary? Other "competitors" have already announced initial successes with DLE. If our process is the same or similar to this, will we use a pilot plant and if so, what costs will this incur? Will the recovery of the by-products also be "tried" for production here? If a pilot plant is necessary do we have the financial resources or an investor and when would the plant start?   As stated above…” Noram continues to complete metallurgical studies for the extraction of Lithium from Clay.  To date no company has fully defined or finalized their metallurgical process.  Until we determine the final process, we shall continue to complete internal studies and watch closely other companies studies and conserve our strong treasury.”  But in general Noram will complete some form of pilot plant studies after the PFS and before DFS is completed.   11. What is the exact status of the litigation with Mr. Tucker Barrie and Mr. Mark Ireton? What sums are involved here for personal claims, legal fees and incidental expenses?   We do not discuss litigation issued.  If the amount is material it is in the financials.  Please refer to the company’s financials.   12. Are collaborations or synergies being sought with other producers and explorers in the Clayton Valley, and if so, what are they?   We do not discuss collaborations etc as that is material information. It is all hear-say until such collaboartions are ever announced.  Are their synergies, likely yes.  Time will tell what is the best route for Noram to advance the Zeus project.

We don’t do blogs and forums for a publicly run company as any information we provide must be done on a timely basis and disseminated accordingly.  Thus, I will answer some questions on a high level as only when information in material are we required to release news or provide public updates.     1. What is the further "roadmap" or the approach of our company?   Our goal is to advance the Zeus project over the next 2-3 years to the DFS stage.  We are mostly fully funded to reach this goal.   2. The resource reassessment has been pending for some time, and the PFS has been announced for this quarter. Why exactly is this information delayed?   Our resource is still expected in Q4 and due to normal time issues and ensuring we deliver the PFS as accurately as possible the PFS is likely delayed to Q1/2023, which is of normal course as when completing such important reports delays are always expected.  It is not a concern for Noram to be a month or so delayed.  The corporate presentation updated in November clearly already states this.   3. By what timeframe should the DFS be published and what is the schedule vision for the start of production?   Normally a DFS would take 2-3 years to complete after a PFS is completed.  An example is Cypress which looks to complete their DFS about 2 years after their PFS.  They also had delays.   4. Since 2016, the water/water rights issue has been on the agenda at Noram (formerly Ventures). So far, there seems to be no solution here. What is the state of affairs here, is water needed for our production, and if so, where is it sourced from by Noram. According to our information, a specialist lawyer for water rights has been active here. Is there any activity or success report since 2016? Has the new employee, Dr. Sohrabi started his activities and is there a brief information of his activities here? What is our "water status"?   As indicated in many presentations and publicly and to you Noram has engaged a top water rights attorney and the company continues to review water rights opportunities.  Of note, Cypress didn’t receive their water rights until 9 months AFTER they finished their PFS.   5. In the past, to our knowledge, Noram (Ventures) had conducted experiments on the production process with membrane electrolysis in a laboratory. Competitors have defined their process (e.g. Cypress). Which process will we use and what are the results here? In a report from Noram it was stated that valuable by-products (caesium, rubidium) go into solution and are recovered without problems. This would be a good additional revenue which we could not find in the PEA. What amount can be generated from the "by-products"? What is the state of affairs here? https://noramlithiumcorp.com/site/assets/files/3827/nrm_-_chloride_extraction_nr_01_14_2021_de.pdf Are these values then also to be found in the PFS?   Noram continues to complete metallurgical studies for the extraction of Lithium from Clay.  To date no company has fully defined or finalized their metallurgical process.  Until we determine the final process, we shall continue to complete internal studies and watch closely other companies studies and conserve our strong treasury.   6. Mr. Falkoff has been with the company since last year. Unfortunately, again, there is no activity/success report from the activity profile to date.   Mr. Falkoff is an independent director and thus when required he can assist the company with his strong connections in the USA.

I just sent a response for you regarding the questions.  If needed share with your group.   As below we wont formally publish such answers in a corporate press release.  Just so you aren’t confused on the difference.

We will not publish any response or press release any questions you have.   We deliver information on a timely basis when required for public disclosure and when material and we are not required to announce or publish anything unless deemed required by the commission.   I have been doing this for 30 plus years so please understand we don't withhold information to shareholders at anytime. Cheers,   Peter

Off-Topic.
