Wenn man Kanada sieht wieviel hundert Tausend zum Verkauf stehen bis 0.27 CAD und nur 10k Aktien bis 0.21 cad zum Kauf. 0 Chance mehr. Thema RSU schlägt voll durch. 15.9 kommt die nächste Mio Aktien. Und das Bloch 1/3 seines Bestandes verkauft hat. Alle Rechnungen werden mit Aktien bezahlt...Jeder bekommt Aktien geschenkt...das sind den ihre Einkommen. Die verkaufen immer sofort. Deswegen kann mit keiner News mehr der Kurs steigen.

Bis dahin wird wahrscheinlich noch einige Male stark verwässert und man dümpelt auf gleichen Kursniveau rum. Braucht man sich nur den Chart mal anschauen. Das hier kann gar nicht über 30, 40, 50 Cent steigen. Leider, hab mir hier anfangs große Hoffnungen gemacht. 🤷‍♂️

Dann würde das eintreten was ich schon länger auf dem Schirm habe. Ein RS bei einem Unternehmen wie Inno, (würde das Lilly machen die Milliarden verdienen würde ein RS niemand Jucken da fundamental alles passt, ) wäre das quasi die Enteignung der Altaktionäre. Denn eins ist sicher, der Kurs wird dann fallen wie ein Stein. 🪨

Es heisst immer RS --> Nas--> offiziell Investorengelder (Fonds...)sammeln können. Aber der Nas ist das brutalste was es gibt. Realität: RS-->80 BIS 90 Prozent shorten die Profis runter--->paar hundert Prozent rauf und wieder das Spiel Rs trading ist lukrativ aber man muss wissen was man macht😉💪

Each Common Share outstanding post-Consolidation will be entitled to one vote and will be fully paid and non￾assessable. The principal effects of the Consolidation will be that: the number of Common Shares of the Corporation issued and outstanding as of the Record Date will be reduced from 280,661,437 Common Shares as of the Record Date to approximately 2,806,614 Common Shares if the maximum consolidation ratio of one (1) to one hundred (100) is used; and (b) the exercise or conversion price and/or the number of Common Shares issuable under any of the Corporation’s outstanding convertible securities, stock options and warrants will be proportionally adjusted upon the Consolidation based on the Consolidation Ratio.

Diese Zulassungsgeschichte interessiert mich nicht sonderlich, das ist Zukunftsmusik. Ein Unternehmen muss solide aufgestellt sein und bestrebt, Umsatz und Forschung gleichermaßen voranzubringen. Die Chefin ist sehr bestrebt, hier einen guten Job zu machen. Außerdem ist ihr bereits bekannt, dass die kanadische Börse kein sonderlich gutes Image hat. Ein Börsenwechsel ist jedoch an bestimmte Voraussetzungen geknüpft.

Was heißt Freundschaft, ich war schon auf vielen Messen. Als Geschäftsmann kommt man eben viel rum, aber ich kann einschätzen , ob jemand hinter dem Unternehmen steht und inwieweit das Ganze durchfinanziert ist. Deshalb habe ich hier überhaupt keine Bedenken. Natürlich muss sich Innocan Pharma in Europa noch weiter etablieren, das steht außer Frage.
