Trading Ticker Change The Company’s ticker symbol will change from “SHRM” to “BRAX” on the CSE, and its ticker symbol from “SHRMF” to “BRAXF” on the Over-the-Counter (OTC) market. Subject to the approval of the CSE, the Company expects the name and ticker changes to take effect on May 5, 2021, and for its common shares to begin trading on the CSE under the new name and new ticker symbol on such date. Share Issuance The Company also announces that it has issued 250,000 common shares to settle the amount of $125,000 owed to an independent contractor providing research and development services to the Company. ,,Bomben News“ sind das eine..aber warum hat es die Gesellschaft bis heute nicht geschafft ihre Homepage zu aktualisieren geschweige denn ihren FQQ Bereich??! Da steht noch alles im FAQ zur Handelsaussetzung. Als wäre nichts passiert. Sehr kurios. Vielleicht ist ja die ganze Belegschaft aufgrund der erfreulichen Ereignisse in den Urlaub??! 🤷🏽‍♂️😜

Natürlich gibt's die noch. Der Handel lief doch auch die ganze Zeit weiter, nur für uns nicht. News wären schön aber jetzt würde ich erst mal abwarten. Mitte des Jahres wird der gesamte Psylocibin-Sektor wieder an Fahrt aufnehmen und da sehen wir auch bessere Kurse. Ich bin auch im Minus aber bei Kursen wie jetzt ist echt eine gute Chance gegeben seinen EK zu senken. Wir stecken hier in den Anfängen einer vielversprechenden jungen Branche und das ATH werden wir sicher bald wieder sehen. Das Unternehmen ist nicht pleite oder insolvent. Es gab leider Unstimmigkeiten in den Finanzen was den Handel ausgesetzt hat aber nun geht es auch weiter. Ich für meinen Teil warte dieses Jahr mal gespannt was noch passiert.

Weiß einer wie denn jetzt der Stand ist bei Champignon Brands... die gibs noch, die Arbeiten... und irgendwann steigt der kurs auch? Oder sie werden die umbenannt?

Denke auch wenn gute News da sind werden die die bestimmt nicht jetzt raushauen... Weil denen auch klar ist das nach so langem aussetzen vom Handel, es genug gibt die erstmal verkaufen , also werden die auch keine News bringen... Bringt ja nix bei fallenden Kursen Bomben News rauszuhauen ...

Ist ja nicht unklug.... ich hatte mir hier letztes Jahr eigentlich auch schnelles Geld erhofft.... ;-(
