They have signed another 100 million life policies with all the key insurance companies, doubling the previously announced coverage. They already have orders from all over the US and from all sizes of practice groups. They expect to report next quarter in October. They are filing in the UK and all EMA countries instead of just 5 countries. They are selling at a list price of $38,800 per dose. Adcock has kept up the momentum and the Anktiva launch is going well. They met with the FDA and presented the results of the single-arm trial in NSCLC and are designing a randomized PH3 trial to test NSCLC and small cell lung cancer and expect to meet with the FDA later this year regarding the proposed trial design. If successful, they will have the only drug for advanced small cell lung cancer. They will have a j-code early next year which will allow the ramp to continue with “significant” sales. They are working with the doctors who will administer Anktiva and are getting very good feedback on the ease of adding Anktiva to the current treatment regimen. In my opinion, they are making great progress and Richard Adcock says they will be able to raise the additional funds needed because of the efficacy of Anktiva. We should wonder why they are building a large manufacturing facility in NY state to produce one million vials per year if they wouldn’t have a market for them? If the company owes hundreds of millions to Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong that’s clearly skin in the game.

Wird an einer Stelle erwähnt, wie weit die Phase 3 fortgeschritten ist? Daten aus einer Phase 3 bedeuten mitnichten, dass man kurz vor einer Zulassung steht. Zumal erstmal der Antrag eingereicht, überprüft und angenommen werden muss. Dann erst erfolgt die eigentliche Überprüfung der Arbeit/der Behandlung des Einreichenden. Das dauert nicht maximal, sondern eher minimal 5 bis 6 Monate. Und dann stellt sich die Frage des Protektionismus, den die USA gerade fährt... Auch ist Summit schon ziemlich überbewertet, da ist eine Zulassung ja schon locker eingepreist.

Summit hat gerade eine Studie 3 veröffentlich zu Ivonescimab von daher ist die Aussage, dass es noch Jahre dauern wird bullshit. Wird wahrscheinlich 5-6 Monate maximal dauern
