In der aktuellen Printausgabe von Boerse Online gibt es einen mehrseitigen Bericht über die Reedereien. Hapag Lloyd, Ernst Russ und Maersk sind bekannt. MPC ist nicht dabei. Schade. Dafür 2 Spezial Unternehmen die ebenfalls Quartalsdividenden zahlen. AVANCE Gas Holding aus Norwegen und BW LPG aus den Bermudas. Sind im Gegensatz zu. MPC auch nicht so brutal abgestürzt.. Vielleicht ein Geheimtipp? Kommt auf die Watchlist.

Was Donnerstag bei SB 13.4 eingebucht

Bin hier noch nicht lange aber wenn man Schwankungen aushalten kann doch sehr zufrieden mit diesem Invest.

Wollte ich auch, dachte aber es geht noch einen Tick weiter runter...

Das Reinvestiert der Dividende scheint sich zu lohnen, hätte eher vermutet daß der Kurs noch etwas nachgibt. Offensichtlich steigt die Nachfrage nach Containern weltweit wieder.

Das mit den Dividenden ist zum kotzen. Bei mir ist immernoch nichts drauf! Bin bei Sca. Cap. Ist doch sonst noch wer? Wurde da schon eingebucht?

MPC Container Ships ASA made distributions from the capital account in 2022. The distributions are treated as non-taxable from a Norwegian tax perspective.   Some German shareholders have reported the withholding of capital gains tax (including solidarity surcharge) on the distributed amounts, which were withheld by their brokers. From a German tax perspective, the distributions should be made from the contribution account of MPC Container Ships ASA. These are distributions of contributions previously made to the nominal capital (so-called "return of contributions" within the meaning of Sec. 27 para. 1 sentence 3 in conjunction with Sec. 28 para. 2 sentences 2 and 3 German Corporate Income Tax Act).   According to our internal assessment and in coordination with our German tax advisor, KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, the distribution should not classify as a dividend as defined by Sec. 20 para. 1 no. 1 of the German Income Tax Act, but as a return of capital contributions on which no capital gains tax (including solidarity surcharge) should be withheld.   Should you as a German shareholder be affected by the above, we recommend proceeding as follows: Report the above-mentioned facts to the tax office responsible for the personal income tax return for 2022 in order to obtain a credit or refund of the capital gains tax. Should the tax office not grant the refund of the withheld capital gains tax incl. solidarity surcharge, and consider the capital distribution as a taxable dividend, we recommend lodging an appeal against the income tax assessment and have the income tax assessment provisionally set with regard to the tax assessment of the capital distribution.   KPMG is working on an application for the determination of the return of capital contributions pursuant to Sec. 27 para. 8 German Corporation Tax Act for MPC Container Ships ASA for the distribution year 2022, which is to be submitted to the German Federal Tax Office (Bundeszentralamt für Steuern). Regarding future distributions from MPC Container Ships ASA, please refer to stock exchange releases “Key information relating to cash distribution” for information as to whether the distributions are made from previously paid-in share premium, i.e., as a return Capital Contribution
