Or, to put it another way, the Sandbox isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. This could be a blessing in disguise, especially if Google’s plan gets Chrome users to opt out of third-party cookies. Since it’s all about giving people a choice, if a bunch of users decide cookies aren’t for them, the APIs in the sandbox might actually work for targeting them without cookies.

Vielleicht entscheidet sich Google ja noch dafür, dass die Cookies aktiv eingeschaltet und nicht aktiv ausgeschaltet werden müssen. Das Geschäft läuft auch ohne die Abschaltung weiter in die richtige Richtung, aber es wäre ein sehr schöner Booster gewesen.

Damit kann Atom seinen Vorteil nicht optimal ausspielen und Google als Hauptwettbewerber im Werbemarkt bleibt im Vorteil. Oder was meint ihr?
