Ist übrigens nur meine Vermutung. Sind ja auch noch andere Möglichkeiten in der Verlosung.

HOLO Sept. 27 Shareholder Meeting $HOLO is holding a shareholder meeting on Sept. 27 to discuss three proposals. I think this news could be the catalyst that HOLO needs, but I see some downside in the short term. I discussed how the week of Sept. 9 is extremely bearish with 40% average decline. I think HOLO drops lower that week, and I would be interested in buying some more HOLO after a strong selloff. These are my thoughts on each of the three proposals. Proposal 1: Share Consolidation (1-for-20 Reverse Stock Split) A share consolidation, or reverse stock split, reduces the number of shares each investor holds while increasing the price per share. The overall value of your holdings remains the same, but the stock might appear more expensive. Companies often do this to meet listing requirements or to make the stock price more attractive to investors. However, reverse splits can be seen as a red flag, indicating that the company is trying to artificially inflate its stock price. This can be perceived negatively by the market, leading to a bearish sentiment. However, HOLO has experienced a rally during the last reverse split so this could be the catalyst for another rally. Proposal 2: Share Capital Increase Increasing the share capital by authorizing more shares usually indicates that the company may issue more shares in the future. This could lead to dilution, where the value of existing shares is reduced because there are more shares in circulation. This is generally seen as bearish because it can decrease the value of current investors' holdings if new shares are issued without a corresponding increase in the company’s value. HOLO has already done a ton of dilution, all we can do is hope that they don't dilute in the near future and that wait to dilute later. So if HOLO were to rally to $82 for example that would only provide a 10x ROI instead of a 200x. gains. So the reverse split will reduce the net profit from the trade, but at the same time this could be the catalyst needed to help HOLO rally.
