Unmarketable Parcel Sale Facility Lithium Australia Limited (ASX: LIT) (Lithium Australia, or the Company) is pleased to advise that it has established an Unmarketable Parcel Sale Facility (Facility) for shareholders who hold less than $500 worth of fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (Shares) (Unmarketable Parcel). Based on the price of Shares at the close of trading on Monday, 22 May 2023 (Record Date) of $0.035, a holding of less than 14,286 Shares constitutes an Unmarketable Parcel. The Company is offering the Facility to enable shareholders who hold an Unmarketable Parcel to sell their Shares without having to act through a broker or pay brokerage or handling fees. Lithium Australia will pay all costs associated with the sale and transfer of Shares through the Facility (excluding any tax consequences of the sale, which will be the responsibility of relevant shareholders). The sale of Unmarketable Parcels through the Facility will also benefit the Company, as it is expected to significantly reduce the administrative costs associated with maintaining a large number of small shareholdings on the Company's share register. In accordance with the Company's Constitution (Constitution) and the ASX Listing Rules, the attached letter and share retention form (Retention Form) will be sent to all shareholders who hold an Unmarketable Parcel on the Record Date. Shareholders who hold an Unmarketable Parcel and wish to retain their Shares must "opt-out" of the Facility by returning their duly completed Retention Form to the Company's share registry, Advanced Share Registry in accordance with the instructions on the Retention Form, by no later than 5:00pm (AWST) on Friday, 7 July 2023 (Closing Time). Any shareholder who holds an Unmarketable Parcel and does not return a duly completed Retention Form by the Closing Time will have their Shares sold through the Facility. Lithium Australia has appointed CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd (CPS) to sell the Shares under the Facility, and the proceeds from the sale of the Shares will be remitted to participating shareholders as soon as practicable following settlement of all Shares sold through the Facility. @Vorbildlich: Ich verwahre auch ein Depot, wo knapp 12.000 LIT-Aktien zum EK-Kurs von 0,042 €-Cent drin sind (-50% derzeit). Kein Posteingang, keine Nachricht. Sicher mit dem Zwangsumtausch?

Wenn ich einen mutigen Tag haben sollte werde ich noch etwas Nachkaufen,bin ja auch im Minus und im Minus wird nicht verkauft

dann wirst du auch nichts erhalten von deinem Broker. Nur wer unter 500 AUD LIT Aktien hat zum Kurs von 0,035 AUD muss handeln wenn er sie behalten möchte , das wären unter 14286 LIT Aktien. Wer darüber hat , muss nichts machen , wer darunter hat muss entweder dagegen sprechen dass sie automatisch in Geld getauscht werden zum Kurs von 0,035 AUD oder eben so viele dazu kaufen dass er mehr als 14286 Aktien hat. Es gibt etwas über 7000 Aktionäre von über 20.000 Aktionären die jeweils weniger als 14286 Aktien besitzen , über 13.000 Aktionäre besitzen also jetzt schon jeweils mehr als 14286 Aktien. Die Genaue Anzahl hatte ich erst letzte Woche hier gepostet. Bis zum 07.07.23 ist die Deadline für den Automatischen Tausch in Geld , wer nicht dagegen stimmt der unter 14286 Aktien hat. Also ich wenn sie eh die Tage verkaufen wollte , würde ich einfach eine Sell Order zu 0,024/0,025 Euro aufgegeben , was ca. 0,039 /0,041 AUD entspricht und hoffen dass sie jemand kauft. Ich denke dass die meisten zu dem Kurs eh minus haben würden, was sie dann wiederum in den Verlusttopf tun und dann noch etwas Steuern sparen können beim nächsten Gewinn...

@ Tokloknok, wie lautet das Angebot von Flatex ? wenn du weniger als 14286 Aktien hast dann wird Lithium Australia dir diese abkaufen wenn du nicht dagegen sprichst oder min auf 14287 Aktien aufstockst.

Warum sollte ich jetzt verkaufen? Dick im Minus, aber habe Zeit. Wie Vorbildlich schon schrieb: es sind immer Zyklen. Solange die Firma Geld ranschaffen kann. So schlimm wie bei Australian Mines etwa sieht es ja längst nicht aus. Das wird schon noch spannend. Lassen wir Linge mal weitermachen, ein paar Lebenszeichen hat er ja gesendet und besser als AG ist er allemal.

Welches Angebot?

Habt ihr auch dieses dubiose Angebot erhalten? Werde die Dinger erst bei 30cent abgeben. Die aktuellen Prognosen ist viel zu gut

sicherlich werden einige die weniger als 14286 Aktien haben aufstocken da der Kurs recht tief ist. Wenn man als Beispiel vor 2 Jahren 14000 Aktien zu 0,15.- AUD gekauft hatte dann sind das auch schon mal 2100.- AUD gewesen. Heute würde man für 2100.- AUD ca. 58.000 Aktien bekommen. Ich zb. bin ein Aufstocker typ , je günstiger die Aktien desto mehr erwerbe ich und Hodl sie , nach dem Motto , nach jedem Winter kommt auch mal wieder ein Sommer.

Frage mich warum man so eine kleine Anzahl nicht einfach hält, bei so niedrigen Kursen, und wartet, dass es aufwärts geht. Wenn nicht, ist so eine Summe/Einsatz ja nicht schlimm.
