Es geht also um Amerika , Indien , Korea , Japan , China , - da wundert mich nicht dass jetzt Lithium Australia ein Unpassender Name ist :-) , sie sollten wenigstens auf Lithium Australia Global ändern.

and broadly around the world the big
recyclers are actually sitting next to
gigafactories taking clean waste and a
consistent
um uh chemistry and then putting it back
into the gigafactory we're taking lots
of different batteries from lots of
different sources so it's much more
challenging so it actually gives us a
massive strategic advantage in five to
ten years time
um from a lithium chemicals perspective
um probably only other company out there
like us is calyx um the calyx or another
technology business
um but you know there's there's very
little uh other public companies and
then from a cathode active materials
again there's no one in Australia that's
doing what we're doing
um and you know China produces well over
95 of level of P cathode powders at the
moment so the advantage for us is being
non-chinese and being able to access uh
you know funding like the IRA so um yeah
look it I see us going uh very strong
over the next few years and Beyond but
um yeah we don't really have a Guiding
Light out there that says this is this
is who we'll be when we grow up
just to finish up in addition to
Australia when you see the greatest
opportunities uh geographically
yeah it's funny because we called
lithium Australia but uh we'll probably
have more footprint externally
um I think the US will be very strong
for a cathode actor material business
um you know
we we believe strongly
um that um
um yeah we believe strongly that
um you know probably our first or second
commercial facility will be in the U.S
and that could be followed up by the
second third uh the the demand there is
very strong India is a very very
um active Market as well especially in
the three-wheeler space
um careers uh you know great uh
knowledge and Technology base
um you know really when you look at uh
who does battery materials well Korea
Japan uh they're really second to to
China so
um yeah we could build a facility there
as well um and clearly at home you know
I think we'll build something here in
Australia but um yeah the demand and the
um the supply chain isn't quite as well
developed as some some other
jurisdictions
many many thanks to your time today we
will we will follow the uh lithium
Australia story with interest over the
coming months and we wish you best for
the future thank you thank you

it currently yes uh would be would be
the answer I think there's some other
applications that we we could use it on
uh we do have another technology uh
which has been used on uh lithium mikers
uh but this at this point in time just
to ensure we've got some focus and get
us towards commercial outcomes we're
just going to use this technology for
for spot trimming and the question here
uh how does little Australia uh compete
with the Chinese on lfp Battery
Technology
uh pretty well actually uh so we've got
our own uh our own proprietary flow
sheet when we took on uh vspc back in
2017 one of the things we observed in
um in that process is that it was it was
quite inefficient so one of the the
pluses of lithium Australia when we when
we took on that that company uh is to
simplify things down which takes a lot
of cost out uh so in terms of product
quality it's very high
um in terms of uh you know Materials
Handling is also very very high that's
very important in the industry
um but it comes down to cost so
um you know our conversion costs are
comparable with that with that in China
and we touched on this in the uh in the
room before we came on live what uh
other competitors if any do you see out
there
yeah it's difficult because we don't
have a lot of peers and it's one of the
challenges for a company like ours it's
great when you're a junior and you can
point to someone that's a multi-billion
dollar market cap company and say this
is where we'll be in a few years time
um but we really don't so you know in
the recycling space we lead the industry
here

fascinating a story let me just to start
with can you just elaborate a bit
further on the disruptive nature of the
technology
yeah so
um for the leaner technology the the the
traditional converters at the moment
actually use a thermal process that
blows
um blow some of the fire material out uh
and it's actually not selective enough
to uh to be at a process to uh the lower
grade material what our process is able
to do there's no furnace within it
um so really it's a caustic digest also
it enables us to be a lot more selective
on how we take the lithium out which
means we can improve improve our
recovery
um but in addition to that we're able to
um uh you know capture all the fine
material and one other thing that's
worth mentioning here as well is so this
isn't getting us to a spot concentrate
as you would get out of a traditional
converter we're actually moving into a
lithium chemical so the product is
listing phosphate so if you think of a
Min res they're also going Downstream in
this technology
um yes it's pretty exciting uh on a
number of fronts and I think yeah once
we've proven technology with minres this
will have some you know really good
future for for us and our shareholders
yeah so so is the technology just
limited to Spider-Man strings
