Ich habe auch nochmal nach dem US-Listing und dem Reverse Split gefragt. Hier die heutige Antwort:

The US listing on OTCQB is still under consideration. In connection with this, a reverse split is also still being evaluated.

Bei Facebook ist auch kaum was los. Manchmal eine Meldung, dann auch gerne auf Schwedisch.
Dass hier nichts los ist ist bei dem Spread klar. Da investiert doch keiner und die die noch da sind sind eh im Minus. Befürchte der Kurs wird sich 0,012 Sek annähern.
Bin trotzdem noch optimistisch.

Entgegen der Antwort von Arcario: es gibt weder auf Discord, noch auf T.elegram eine Arcario-Gruppe. Auf Facebook gibt es ja was. Die Gruppe auf X ist nahezu komplett inaktiv.
Selbst hier sind es ja nur sehr wenige, die mal posten.
Wie man da den Bekanntheitsgrad steigern will, bleibt ein Rätsel.

Bin nicht bei X. Das mit der Blackbox stimmt vollkommen. Die Kommunikation gerade bei kritischen Fragen hat abgenommen. Ist wie eine Wagenburg.

Jetzt haben wir 12,178,525,260. Hab mal geschaut bin bei etwas über 8 Mrd eingestiegen jetzt sind wir bei 4 Mrd. mehr. Bedeutet schon eine reine Verwässerung von 50%. Manchmal frag ich mich schon was das hier werden soll.

Zum einen werden weitere Verwässerungen offen gelassen und auch die Darstellung, dass man die Gruppe auf X ggf. dicht machen will, weil angeblich zuviele Bots und Scam-Accounts in die Gruppe wollen, klingt kurios.

As our CEO highlighted, Vanir's positive cash flow, combined with K33's revenue, will set Arcario on course for a fully funded and positive cash flow trajectory starting this quarter (Q1 2024). While we continuously explore various options for strategic growth, any decisions related to share dilution are made with careful consideration. If any such actions are to be taken, they will be communicated transparently to all stakeholders in accordance with regulatory requirements. 2) We understand the importance of active communication and community involvement. Our intention with the Arcario community on X was to create an official destination for engagement and interaction with us, as all other channels (Discord servers, FB groups, Telegram, etc) are run by external shareholders. We acknowledge that more efforts can be made to foster this community, but we have also seen lots of bots and spam accounts trying to enter the X community and we've contemplated on whether to keep it or not. That decision will be evaluated at a later stage.
