Jemand, der Biss, Härte und Wille hat, strategisch u. analytisch denken u. die einzelnen Bereiche u. Geschäftsprozesse (zeitlich) harmonisch zusammenbringen kann u. nicht verpeilt ist, jemand, der das große Ganze sieht, aber gleichzeitig den Überblick über die einzelnen Details nicht verliert, jemand, der das kontrollieren u. dirigieren u. voranbringen kann. Das muss im spezifischen kein Branchenfachmann sein, diese Aufgaben können andere machen, aber du darfst es nicht einfach unkontrolliert aus der Hand geben u. dem Chaos überlassen.

Ronny gibts auch noch im Dis.cord 😄 Haven’t checked on things here in awhile. Disappointed with how things have been. Tried pinging John but haven’t heard from him in awhile, if anyone can reach him at this shareholder meeting and have him contact me that’d be great. I want to help save the company. For the record, post terra crash I thought the right pivot was to be the Ethereum version of micro strategy, which basically costs like almost no money to operate and would correlate company valuation to eth held, and would allow fundraising from eth supporting investors which is a large investor base. Intellabridge could’ve even built a eth validator service and partners with l2 for on-ramp. I partially left because I disagreed with the new company direction (personally didn’t believe in it and I was working at this company for near free so no longer worth my charity) but over the cancellation of an interns summer contract which I morally opposed out of principle...
