@everyone Dear Shareholders, Wishing you all a very happy new year! As per my last update, we had a call with the OSC and were working on two action items : 1. Conduct impairment test for Kash application - It was decided by Management that the asset's value would be calculated and impaired each quarter. The asset will not be written off completely as the Management believes that the asset is of value and its infrastructure can be reactivated in the future if and when a business opportunity arises for the same. The impairment test has been done for Q3 and its results will be shared with the OSC by next week. 2. OSC has made the revocation of CTO conditional upon the fact that we appoint a new member to the Audit Committee. During the holidays we took steps and have now received 100+ applications from candidates who are interested in the position. We are working to shortlist the best candidates and arrange interviews. This is a top priority task for us and we will finalize the appointment by end of this month. 3. On the product side, official launch will be as scheduled on January 31st, accompanied by a press release. Marketing will scale in February and March to achieve our desired customer acquisition and growth KPIs. Karma iOS application development has already started and is in process. It is expected to launch after January 31st as it requires extensive testing and approvals from Apple Store. Work on Karma Android application will begin after launch of iOS version. 4. Our internal team continues to work closely with our Auditors on filing this year's annual financial statements and management discussion and analysis on time. We thank you all for your patience. Ist und bleibt ne Pommesbude. Leider alles nur auf Lügen aufgebaut mit der Unterstützung einiger Herrschaft in einem bestimmten Forum das wir alle noch kennen

Einfach wirklich frech was die abziehen. Von Monat zu Monat gibt es neue Begründungen warum kein Handel. Die leben schön von unserer Kohle. Nochmal: Für mich ist das eine moderne Form von Enteignung der Anleger.

Grundsätzlich hängt es von der Hauptbörse ab, also der CSE. Dort ist die Aktie noch nicht delisted, sondern suspended, also der Handel ausgesetzt (unter Intellabridge).
