The language says adults aged 21 or older would be able to buy pot for recreational use from dispensaries that currently sell medical marijuana. The initiative has collected 211,956 valid signatures of the 766,200 needed by February to make it onto the ballot, and has raised $3.7 million in campaign contributions, mostly from MedMen and Parallel (which does business in Florida as Surterra).
