Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Firma nicht mehr so dringend die Finanzierung benötigt. Oder sieht es jemand anders, bitte begründen.

The board of directors of the Company has today resolved not to proceed with the
Subsequent Offering. Following announcement of completion of the Private
Placement, more than the announced repair volume of 1.5 million new shares has
been traded at or below the subscription price in the Private Placement. In
addition, the market price of the Company's shares has been, and still is, below
the subscription price in the Private Placement. Accordingly, any shareholder
wishing to reduce the dilutive effect of the Private Placement have had the
opportunity to purchase shares in the Company in the market at prices below the
subscription price in the Subsequent Offering.
Soll jeder der noch Aktien will an der Börse kaufen um damit den Verwässerungseffekt zu verringern ... die sind echt lustig ;-)

Aha, "Cancellation of Subsequent Offering"? Es werden doch keine (weiteren) neuen Aktien ausgegeben... weiß jemand, ob das ein gutes oder ein schlechtes Zeichen ist? Dem Kurs nach ja eher gut. :-)

Na gut, bin ja nicht so: Pareto ist eine Investmentbank, die Hypro schon beim Börsengang begleitet hat. Die 5 Mio Aktien hat sie sich sich geliehen, dass sie an die neuen Investoren verkaufen kann. Wenn die 5 Mio neuen Aktien dann "gedruckt" sind, erhalten die Verleiher sie von Pareto wieder zurück
