Danke, habs auch gerade gefunden. Bin ich zu blöd, ich finde keine Angabe, ob wir Bezugsrechte erhalten. Vermutlicht nicht oder ?

Nein. Die Gründe hören sich auch für mich sinnvoll an. Und gesunde Zahlen sind in der Branche selten. Da ich Anfang Mai bei Mutter (1,64€) und Tochter (0,42€) nahe am Tiefpunkt eingestiegen bin, sehe ich es sehr gelassen und warte einfach ab. Habe langfristig mehr Hoffnung in der Mutter und diese deutlich höher gewichtet.

So ganz schlau werd ich daraus nicht. Hört sich von der Mittelverwendung her nicht so übel an, aber den Norwegern trau ich seit Quantafuel in wirtschaftlicher Hinsicht nicht mehr. Würde auch keine norw. Aktien mehr kaufen, bin aber hier und bei der Tochter mit dickem Minus drin leider.

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Hexagon Composites ASA (the "Company") on 20 August 2024 regarding the successful completion of a private placement of shares in the Company (the "Private Placement"). Flakk Composites AS holds 15,213,217 shares in the Company, representing approximately 7.55% of the share capital and votes in the Company. Flakk Composites AS is partially owned and controlled by Knut Flakk, founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. Together with related parties (including Flakk Composites AS) Knut Flakk controls in total 22,568,314 shares (representing approx. 11.19% of the total number of shares in the Company). Pursuant to a share lending agreement between Flakk Composites AS and DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, (the "Managers"), Flakk Composites AS has today lent 8,450,704 shares (4.2% of the total number of shares in the Company) to the Managers for settlement purposes in the Private Placement. The shares will be redelivered to Flakk Composites AS upon settlement of the Private Placement. Following the share lending, the shareholding of Flakk Composites AS is temporarily (until settlement of the Private Placement) reduced to 6,762,513 shares (3.4% of the total number of shares in the Company), and the total holding of Knut Flakk and all related parties is temporarily reduced to 14,117,610 shares 7% of the total number of shares in the Company.

20 August 2024 - Oslo, Norway: Hexagon Composites ASA ("Hexagon" or the "Company") has retained DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA as sole bookrunner (the "Manager") to advise on and effect a private placement of new ordinary shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares") to raise gross proceeds of NOK 300 million (the "Private Placement"). The subscription price per Offer Share in the Private Placement (the "Subscription Price") will be determined by the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") on the basis of an accelerated book-building process conducted by the Manager. The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to (i) secure flexibility to execute specific near-term synergetic acquisition opportunities, (ii) increase working capital to support the planned strong growth in Hexagon Agility, (iii) maintain ability to support Hexagon Purus, (iv) keep long-term net interest-bearing debt below 3x LTM EBITDA “steady state” as previously communicated, and (v) for general corporate purposes.
