Also wenn die neuen ausgegeben Aktien mit den mitgegebenen 2,45 Mrd bewertet würden und man für eine Galapagos eine Neue bekommt (Spekulation ) ..müsste diese neue Aktie mit 36 Euro p. Aktie bewertet werden ….. und die alte Galapagos hat ja dann auch noch weiter eine paar 100 Mio Cash . Also irgendwie verstehe ich den Kurs nicht ,,……..

Fazit : hochinteressant Forschungspipline, Cash 3,3 Mrd, MK um 1,5x Mrd …..eine Biontech liegt zB vom Cash 20 % UNTER MK …. Fair wären mE mindestens 40 Euro + X ……Fazit : Wer schlägt hier zu und macht ein Angebot!!??

Gedankenspielchen ..bleiben wir beim räumlichen Nachbarn BionTech . BionTech hat rund 18 Mrd Cash . Übernahme Galapagos würde BionTech bei einem Angebot von 30 Euro p. Galapagosaktie rund 2 Mrd. kosten . Das wären etwas mehr als 10 % der Liqui von BionTech . Man bekäme die komplette Forschung von Galapagos ...und weit über eine Mrd. Cash dazu . Also final hat Biontech dann die ganze Galapagos und 19 Mrd . Cash ( statt 18 Mrd vorher ohne Galapagos ) Kann man natürlich auch mit anderen Bios durchspielen .... Ungefähr so als wenn du im Aldi die Banane für einen Euro kaufst ... und an der Kasse noch 70 Cent raus bekommst ohne zu bezahlen aber die Banane mitnimmst .. Wer schlägt zu ... wer hebt das Geld vom Boden auf ...???!!!
