mal 6 % heute im Plus .. vielleicht ein Minianfang diese Witzbewertung anzuschieben.. es bleibt dabei , eine MK von 1,5 Mrd. ist mit 3,4 Mrd Cash unterlegt, wer hier zuschlägt bekommt eine hochinteressante Forschungspipline für nix und Cash von fast 2 Mrd oben drauf…. NOCH 😎

Gedankenspielchen ..bleiben wir beim räumlichen Nachbarn BionTech . BionTech hat rund 18 Mrd Cash . Übernahme Galapagos würde BionTech bei einem Angebot von 30 Euro p. Galapagosaktie rund 2 Mrd. kosten . Das wären etwas mehr als 10 % der Liqui von BionTech . Man bekäme die komplette Forschung von Galapagos ...und weit über eine Mrd. Cash dazu . Also final hat Biontech dann die ganze Galapagos und 19 Mrd . Cash ( statt 18 Mrd vorher ohne Galapagos )
Kann man natürlich auch mit anderen Bios durchspielen ....
Ungefähr so als wenn du im Aldi die Banane für einen Euro kaufst ... und an der Kasse noch 70 Cent raus bekommst ohne zu bezahlen aber die Banane mitnimmst ..
Wer schlägt zu ... wer hebt das Geld vom Boden auf ...???!!!
