Das ist doch eingetlich unglaublich das man sowas dermaßen an die Wand fahren kann. Sehe das eigentlich als Goldgrube. Aber mit den Millionen die man hier abkassiert hat kann das nicht funktionieren. Echt gespannt was jetzt passiert.

Die Schließung resultierte aus der mangelnden Fähigkeit, Einnahmen zu erzielen oder Kapital zu beschaffen, um den Betrieb zu unterstützen und die Compliance aufrechtzuerhalten. Das Unternehmen ist nicht in der Lage, seine Geschäftstätigkeit aufrechtzuerhalten, da die Gelegenheit zur Erzielung von Einnahmen verloren geht. The Company successfully renewed its cannabis cultivation licenses for the facility on September 27, 2022 with the licenses extending out to June 28, 2023.  The license renewals are vital as the Las Vegas facility serves a growing high-demand market that includes significant tourism traffic. Fiore has developed strong relationships with the Nevada retail distribution market as Fiore’s award-winning, high-THC organic cannabis products are highly sought after. Announcements from the U.S. government this week signify a trend towards legalizing cannabis on a federal basis with resulting benefits to cannabis markets across the U.S. including Nevada.   “We are very actively seeking additional funding and specifically working capital at this time,” said Marcel LeBlanc, Interim CEO and a Director of Fiore Cannabis. “Our CFO Kevin Cornish has been leading these efforts and meeting with investors and financial parties who could help us recapitalize and specifically get our crown jewel facility in Las Vegas to be operational and delivering financial results in the first quarter of 2023.” The Company intends to continue exploring various financing and sale/leaseback options in order to secure the capital needed to fully operationalize the Las Vegas facility, clean up the balance sheet and retire outstanding debts.
