Nein, ich bin keine Mitarbeiterin von Exela. Und ich will auch keine Schuld weglenken. Ich habe nur meine Sicht der Dinge beschrieben im Sinne eines konstruktiven Austausch.

Sind sie ein Mitarbeiter von Exela....? Sie lenken die Schuld weg von Par und jetzt sind es die Shortseller..Alles klar...

Par hat 2 Jahre lang sehr geschickt und vorausschauend gehandelt, um das Unternehmen zu retten. Danke nochmals an DINWOLF, der uns hier mit so vielen Informationen dazu versorgt hat. Schulden reduziert, neue Kunden gewonnen, es werden überall Mitarbeiter gesucht, es werden gute Zahlen für Q1 erwartet, Exela ist entgegen vieler Erwartungen nicht bankrott, usw..... Und jetzt steht Par plötzlich ganz dumm da, weil er nicht genug Stimmen für das Voting bekommen hat? Alles für die Katz, dumm gelaufen und OTC wartet ? Das glaube ich im Leben nicht. Ich vermute eine falsche Fährte, auch mit den massiven Aufforderungen letzte Woche für das Voting – das wirkte alles so inszeniert. Ich bin sehr gespannt auf nächste Woche ( und hoffe heimlich auf einen finalen Schlag gegen gegen die massive Manipulation durch Shortseller....).

DINWolf verhält sich ziemlich ruhig...gerade.🤔🤔🤔. Seine Meinung wäre jetzt interessant.

Wer oder was ist Linearity?

Man erinnere sich an das letzte Statement von KPMG, die als Wirtschaftsprüfer bisher in den letzten Jahren von einer Unternehmensfortführung ausgingen, KPMG hat nun allerdings nicht mehr den Eindruck, dass dies seitens des Unternehmens nach wie vor angestrebt wird...

Linearity meint, wenn man den Kurs über 10 Cent bekommen sollte, könnte man evtl. eine weitere Fristverlängerung bekommen. Ich blick da nicht mehr durch...

Das ganze hier ist so zum Schreien manipuliert, unglaublich...
