Nein,die richtige Formulierung ist enorm wichtig.
Da gebe ich Vincent V vollkommen recht.

Ich vermute das die Sizzle Abstimmung auch verschoben wird, da diese immer 2-3 Tage hinter dem eigentlichen Handelsbeginn ( nach dem Trading Halt) war.....den die Sizzle Aktionäre sollten schon wissen ob es einen Investor gibt und wie viel Geld er mitbringt....
