I actually cannot believe what I'm reading here in the comments at EUR now. The level of delusion is remarkable and posters appear to have entirely detached from reality and certainly the rest of the lithium sector. Has anyone actually read the DFS? My God people. The only person on this thread who has typed a word of sense is @RMInvest The numbers don't stack up! Irrelevant weather the bizarre dragged out SIZZL merger goes ahead with its meagre $40m remaining in the pot. It doesn't matter. Wolfsberg is totally uneconomic now with current prices. Even the Saudi Hydroxide plant doesn't make economic sense now if they were to be buying spodumen concentrate from Wolfsberg at a minimum of US$3000/t (lol), they could not then sell the hydroxide without making a significant loss! It takes around 7-8 tonnes of SC6 to convert to 1 tonne of hydroxide. Add then conversion costs and plant capex, they could not produce for less than around $24,000 per tonne of hydroxide at an absolute minimum. The current market price is around US$13,000/t. This is all just a total fantasy. Just look at the Wolfsberg numbers: Firstly, the resource is tiny - people here talking that it will become a world leader and major player lol. It's currently only 11.5mt at a paltry 0.64%. It states the NPV is $1.5 billion but there is massive capex of US$875m(!) Is that more than Liontown?? Then, the best of all, to reach this NPV it uses a hydroxide price of US$48,500/t !!!! This is the highest price I have ever seen on any PFS/DFS anywhere by a long way. It's a joke. Again, current hydroxide price is around US$13,000/t. No financier would touch this with a barge pole as it doesn't make sense. It is massively in the negative in every way. SIZZLE is all just a TS stall. Wolfsberg is not economic, it was barely economic even at the very top of the cycle when prices where at their astronomical peak. There is nothing here apart from smoke and mirrors, than clearly seem to be working on most posters here remarkably. It's hilarious, but actually incredibly concerning imo. Please just actually read the DFS, look at the numbers, and wake up. Once again the quartely reflected absolutely no real world progress anywhere on the projects.
