Die Gehalte von Tb und Dy sollten recht gering sein. Aber ich weiß nicht wie die Monazit Sande zusammengesetzt sind. Nd Pr sind leichte selten Erden Das ist das was in den Neodym-Magneten drin ist. Klingt doch ganz gut. EF hat Bargeldreserven zur Finanzierung, die 5% tun nicht weh (besser als 20% Anteile abtreten) und die 80 Mille für Projekte auf paar Jahre werden schön als Passiva gebucht. Spart in den Jahren Steuern. 😏
