ELECTRA RECEIVES NASDAQ NOTICE ON MINIMUM PRICE DEFICIENCY Electra Battery Materials Corp. received a notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on Sept. 21, 2023, stating that the company is not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 (U.S.) per share under Nasdaq's Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) based upon the closing bid price of the company's common shares for the 30 consecutive business days prior to the date of the notice. The notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the company's common shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market, and the company's operations are not affected by the receipt of the notice. Under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the company has 180 calendar days from the date of the notice, or until March 19, 2024, to regain compliance with the minimum bid requirement, during which time the company's common shares will continue to trade on Nasdaq.

in einem anderen forum schreibt der user 21stCENTURY Ich habe mir das Webinar angeschaut. Electra hat Gespräche mit der Regierung und industriellen Partnern, um das fehlende Kapital zu beschaffen. Die Kapitalerhöhung war wohl nötig gewesen, da die Regierung bzw. industriellen Partner einen längeren Prozess haben, Gelder frei zu machen. Eine weitere Kapitalerhöhung ist erst mal nicht geplant. Das wollte TM den Aktionären nicht zumuten. So wie ich es herausgehört habe, rechnet er damit, bis Ende des Jahres eine Lösung vorstellen zu können. Aktuell werden Gespräche mit potenziellen Partnern für die Lieferung des restlichen Kobalts geführt. Vorschusszahlungen für zukünftige Lieferungen werden dabei ebenfalls diskutiert. Nach der Kapitalbeschaffung dauert es noch ca. 12 Monate bis zum Produktionsstart. LG scheint sehr entspannt zu sein, da sie das Kobalt tatsächlich erst ab 2025 benötigen. Trent Mell hat uns schon viele Geschichten erzählt, aber dieses Mal ist er doch mit seinen Aussagen vorsichtig geblieben.

das ist schon alles eigenartig trent entschuldigt sich wegen dem aktienkurs und sagt das erstmal keine weitere kapitalerhöhung kommt ( wie oft hab ich das schon gehört ) erst sind 85% fertig dann braucht er für den rest statt 60 millionen 105 millionen 5 monate später braucht er dann plötzlich 155-167 millionen mehr weil alles teuer geworden ist sammelt der geld für die zweite raffinerie oder hat da jemand kräftig gelder verschwinden lassen
