Wir können mit der Woche sowas von zufrieden sein!! Ich bin postiv überrascht

Die Frau Maria hat einfach mehr Erfahrung und Kontakte und das gibt er zu, das ist keine Schwäche sondern Stärke Respekt vor ihm

Habe unter dem LinkedIn Beitrag von Erik kommentiert und ebenfalls eine positive Antwort erhalten. Er meint, dass es nicht sinnvoll ist, eine Ego-Tour zu fahren und er froh ist, die Skalierung von Bico jetzt einer erfahreneren Führungsperson übergeben zu können. Für mich klingt dieser CEO Wechsel mehr und mehr positiv und harmonisch.

Das Vertrauen in bico muss erstmal wieder hergestellt werden, wenn das wieder der Fall ist und die Zahlen wieder besser werden, dann werden wir auch wieder höhere Kurse sehen!

Er bekommt weiterhin sein CEO Gehalt bis die neue CEO den Laden vollständig übernommen hat. Danach wird er als Berater im Bord tätigkeit sein, das künftige Gehalt dafür wurde aber noch nicht festgelegt, da dieses mit Ms Forss abgestimmt werden soll. Es soll aber definitiv nicht mehr das CEO Gehalt bleiben.

Er bekommt übrigens als Berater weiterhin sein Lohn, finde ich nicht so nice! Ich denke Sartorius hat sehr guten Einblick in die Bücher und hat Potential gesehen um 80 SEK per Aktie zu zahlen. Jetzt muss die neue CEO dieses Potenzial realisieren und dem Laden mehr Struktur und Synergie bringen

Richtig. Nur weil er aussteigt, heisst das nicht, dass ihm seine 13% aktien am Unternehmen (die aktuell 45mio Wert sind) egal sind.

Warum sollte er denn nicht mehr voll bei der Sache sein? Der hat Millionen da investiert

Was passiert bis Ende November? Ist Erik noch mit Vollblut bei der Sache, oder läuft es bis dahin mit wenig Führung? Sehe eigentlich erst einen positiven Effekt in Q4. Was in Q3 passiert ist für mich Glaskugel.

Das kann bei einem Unternehmen wie BICO keiner mit Sicherheit sagen. Wichtig ist die Gewichtung. Auf keinen Fall zu hoch reingehen! Nen Totalverlust musst du zur Not wegstecken können. Wenn die Gewichtung passt, kannst du das Invest liegen lassen und abwarten. Vielleicht geht der Kurs durch die Decke, vielleicht wird BICO vorher aufgekauft, vielleicht geht BICO vorher pleite. Das weiß niemand.

Drin bleiben. Kann jetzt nur bergauf gehen.

Alles gut und schön, aber wie seht ihr die weitere Entwicklung??? Investiert bleiben, verkaufen, nachkaufen??? Was ist aktuell eure Einschätzung???

Da kannst Du sehr gut mit Recht haben, juna_d. Zu 45m$ wird er wohl in der Tat nicht verkaufen und wenn dann wohl auch eher in großer Paketform an Sartorius oder andere institutionelle Investoren.
