@mirkinho Ja, das ist wahr. Die hohen Kurse im vergangenen Sommer wurden gut ausgenutzt. Allein da wurde durch KEs und das Bezahlen von Unternehmen durch eigene Aktien mehr Wert geschaffen als das Unternehmen heute laut Börse insgesamt Wert sein soll. Völlig verrückt diese momentane Bewertung!

Durch das ausnutzen des hohen Kurses und Kapitalerhöhungen, wurden Gottseidank ja nur wenig Schulden gemacht. Überleg mal, als der Kurs bei 60 stand, waren 10% Kapitalerhöhung so viel wie heute fast das ganze Unternehmen wert ist

ICh finde die Buy and Build strategie super, aber man muss rechtzeitig aufhören und kann dann weitermachen wenn man Gewinne macht, sonst brechen einem die Schulden das Genick

Wäre aber definitiv glücklicher wenn er da einen dicken Deal an Land gezogen hat und nicht das nächste Unternehmen aufkauft..

Aber das ist wohl nicht der Grund, warum Erik vor ein paar Tagen geschäftlich in England war... da wird noch irgendetwas kommen.

Denke das ist ein guter Deal. Und von Verschuldung kann man nicht sprechen, der Deal wurde immerhin bar aus der Tasche bezahlt.

Finde ich auch nicht. Dazu kann man die Biodrucker Technologie verbessern und den Burggraben vergrößern. Zudem ist ja auch jede Akquisition ein Vertrauensbeweis, wirecard hätte nicht 14 Unternehmen übernehmen können 🤣

Wie schätzt ihr die Übernahme ein, so schlecht war das glaub gar nicht: Für 6 Mio. 1 Mio. Umsatz und positive Marge mit überproportionalem Wachstum, und synergieeffekte und patenten.
