Denke das ist ein guter Deal. Und von Verschuldung kann man nicht sprechen, der Deal wurde immerhin bar aus der Tasche bezahlt.

Finde ich auch nicht. Dazu kann man die Biodrucker Technologie verbessern und den Burggraben vergrößern. Zudem ist ja auch jede Akquisition ein Vertrauensbeweis, wirecard hätte nicht 14 Unternehmen übernehmen können 🤣

Wie schätzt ihr die Übernahme ein, so schlecht war das glaub gar nicht: Für 6 Mio. 1 Mio. Umsatz und positive Marge mit überproportionalem Wachstum, und synergieeffekte und patenten.

Auch wenn ich hier als Pessimist rüberkomme, möchte ich eines noch los werden: Ich glaube an die Firmen und es hat sich seit dem Crash von 14€, operativ null verändert im Gegenteil es wurden Positve Zahlen vorgezogen um den Markt zu stützen. Die Trader haben das leider zerstört, aber das Tagesvolumen nimmt wieder ab was für mich ein Zeichen ist, dass die rausgehen. Gestern Volumen: 402k und der Durschnitt sind 500k. Hatte Geschäftlich auch mit Cytena zu tun gehabt und konnte damals mit dem CFO sprechen, welcher auch Grüner ist und jetzt auch geht. Na und? Keiner von den Bossen ist Top-Manager mit viel Erfahrung, was nicht heißen soll das die schlecht sind! Konnte meinen EK von 40€ auf 22,50€ drücken, ich bin der Meinung das der Laden aktuell bei über 200% Umsatzwachstum komplett unterbewertet ist, für mich ein diversivizierter play im Biotechbereich ohne all zu großes Risiko da 14 Unternehmen und diese Drukerei von Organen nur die Vision ist, die verdienen mit Zelldruck jetzt schon Geld, das ist wichtig. Sollte ich mich irren und es wird ein Totalverlust (warum auch immer) wäre es schmerzhaft aber die Postion wäre noch nicht übertrieben groß im Depot. In diesem Sinne, auf einen geringen Tagesverlust!

@DingDong4819 ja bei Marketscreener auf das zukünftige KGV zu schauen ist absurd. Aber aktueller Umsatz und aktuelle Marktkapitalisierung kann man da schön anschauen. Das zukünftige KGV basiert auf Schätzungen von Analysten und klar die sind geraten, geschätzt oder was auch immer...

Das adjusted ebidta war ja immerhin schon positiv, also ein Trend ist ja schon zu erkennen.

Kauft einfach in Tranchen nach, wenn ihr an das Unternehmen glaubt. Mir persönlich gibt es Hoffnung dass die top20 nicht verkaufen, wenn operativ was im Argen liegen würde, wären die die ersten die verkaufen würden. Die Kleinanleger sind immer die, die am meisten verlieren, weil sie sich von Emotionen leiten lassen und hektisch handeln. Hoffen wir dass und die Geduld belohnt.
