Wie angekündigt bereitet sich das Segment Environmental & Applied Solutions (EAS) darauf vor, sich im vierten Quartal 2023 von Danaher als unabhängiges, börsennotiertes Unternehmen zu trennen. Veralto TM  wurde aus Danaher geboren, hat aber eine ganz eigene Zukunft und wird ein 4,8-Milliarden-Dollar-Unternehmen sein eine über Jahrzehnte aufgebaute Erfolgsbasis. Veralto besteht aus den Plattformen Wasserqualität  und Produktidentifizierung  und wird über 16.000 Mitarbeiter auf der ganzen Welt vertreten. Um welche Abspaltung geht es?

Würde mich auch interessieren. Arbeite zwar für einen Danaher Konzern, mehr Infos hab ich aber trotdem nicht.

Suche auch nach einem Einstiegspunkt. Lasse mit anderen Titeln ein paar Ballons steigen, einer davon wirds schon. Wunscheinstieg 210

Wilder Ritt heute🙄

Man muss ja als Langfristaktionär nicht immer in sein Depot schauen, aber solche Sprünge sind schon ungewöhnlich.

Bis auf den Cashflow doch ordentlich.

Danaher hat langfristig eigentlich immer überzeugt und war ein Titel mit dem man immer ruhig schlafen konnte, eine der Lieblingsaktien. Aktuell ist man allerdings in einer Phase mit so gut wie keinem Wachstum, das sieht der Markt gar nicht gerne, es ging zuletzt meistens mit den Zahlen kräftig nach unten. kann gut sein, dass man hier sehr sehr viel Geduld haben muss, wo und wann auch immer das Wachstum nach Corona herkommen soll. Potential nach unten ist daher weiterhin da, und derzeit wohl nur wenig nach oben. Denn ein Schnäppchen rein vom Umsatz und KGV her ist der Titel nicht. Bin da wirklich unentschieden, wie viel Geduld man aufbringen muss. Zur Zeit sind eben andere Themen/Branchen sexy.

Durchwachsene Zahlen. Bleibe aber weiter überzeugt dabei!
