Ich hatte mir irgendwann mal kopiert... Every time a Bdc does a stock offering the stock plunges. The investors never seem to learn the what it really means. Most of the time it is accretive to Nav and cheap money to utilize. Better than debt. Another knee jerk reaction but another opportunity to add. I’ll see if by the opening if the ignorance continues... Don't see the issue, especially if these are sold above NAV, therefore being the BDC version of "free money". Seems like a market overreaction, especially without details on price of the offering. NAV ist 16,52$ Kurs 18,2$... Also für mich, alles Paletti. Ausserdem wird die Kohle für Schuldentilgung genutzt. Somit sinkt Zinslast. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay outstanding indebtedness under its senior secured revolving credit facility,..

Schönes Unternehmen , tolle Zahlen, etwas konservativer als TRIN (was nicht verkehrt ist) werde sicherlich hier noch mehr investieren.
